The pictures are from Easter. Yep, that was about a month ago. Obviously we're not very good at keeping this updated. Perhaps life is very busy with a close to 10 month old who's trying her hardest to walk? Maybe that's it. Or maybe Jeff is working tons of hours at work. Or maybe Tracy is just lazy. Ok, so all of them might be true to some degree or another. Yes, Abigail is nearing 10 months and we are pretty confident that she will be walking within the month. She walks along everything...the couch, her exersaucer, walls, and the newest is Mommy's legs (while I'm walking). She's getting very good at walking while only holding onto one of my hands. I can't believe my little girl is growing that fast! As for Jeff...yes, he is definitely working lots of hours. He averages about 45-48 hours a week (not including lunches and travel time). I fear that this will only get worse in the weeks to come seeing that his office is short one more person as of today. But God is good and continuing to give strength to the weary. As for Tracy...I hit the quarter century mark in a couple of days but some times at the end of the day I feel like I'm nearing the half century mark. My life is filled with comforting Abigail when she falls (again), telling Abigail "No, don't touch", feeding Abigail (she loves to eat, especially off of my plate), and anything else that was to do with Abigail. Oh, and don't forget the house work, bills, laundry. But, the Lord has been good in that Abigail still takes a couple naps a day which allows me some Mommy time. I think that about sums up our life for now.
The video below is something I've been trying to get for so long. It is of Abigail laughing. She is a very happy baby, but it takes a lot to get her to laugh. Jeff is by far the best one at that. When she gets tired she gets quite slap-happy and that's what happened with this video. On a side note: We have been having camera issues. It usually won't turn on (and no, it's not the batteries). Finally it turned on when Abigail was laughing and I was so excited! Then I couldn't get it to turn on to get it on the computer. After about a week maybe two it turned on long enough to get onto the computer. And then, the audio didn't transfer! Needless to say it's been a long drawn out process but it's finally worked.
